111909 - 15th consecutive night People Project has set up an overnight tarp shelter in the parking lot of the Eureka, CA City Hall. Volunteer-based and loosely organized, the abundance of the universe ensures food, clothing and warmth for those in need. Eureka police are being surprisingly cooperative.
