This is some video of a friend and I on the Douz to Ksar Ghilane piste detailed in the Sahara overland book. We did the trip in October 2009 and it was an epic 5000+ km ride over 3 weeks on a Dnepr 650 sidecar and a Ural 750 sidecar. It was great fun and I'd do it again in a heartbeat!! br The camera is mounted on the Ural. There were some bemused looks from the trail bike riders as what appears to be two vintage sidecars pass them.
