Fed Ex claims to absolutely, positively get things to you overnight. In the book Made To Stick by Chip and Dan Heath there is a great story of the Purple Promise award given to Fed Ex employees that go out of their way to deliver packages. That story didn't get through to the Toronto department I guess.
