Microsoft Vista Media Center has a feature called "Sports Lounge". You can watch live HDTV of sports like Football, get real-time information like scores and alerts about your favorite players and team. You can queue up recordings, in-depth scores, and Fantasy sports tracking including baseball, basketball, football and hockey. Three other content partnerships were announced: Showtime, Nickelodeon and the Starz Vongo service.
