Due out in late 2010 Renovation compleated principal photography in November of 2009. The film stars Lana Wood, DJ Perry, Johnny Dark, Terrence Knox and a lot of great up-and-comers. br br Set in Yuma Arizona, in a real abandon hotel (The Hotel Del Sol) this story of a heist gone wrong and a group of house flippers moving in to renovate the building, was shot in three weeks. The Del-Sol was featured previously in 1993 THE GETAWAY starring Alic Baldwin and Kim Basinger.
