This piece was choreographed by Kadeem A.-R.br I choreographed this piece in about twenty minutes at Muhlenberg College in January 2010. I called it the "warm-up" piece. Everytime we had a rehearsal, I would tell the dancers to do this dance once or twice so that they could warm-up their bodies; afterward we would start going over the real piece for the show that took place in April 2010.
