Mark Hargrove and I both had youngsters the same ages so aside from in the neighborhood, there wasn't a school function I didn't see Mark and his family at. Our youngest daughters were friends so we came to know them through that. The acid test I give people as far as trust goes is "would you trust himher with your kids?" Bottom line is I have. Not only is Mark the total opposite of Mr. Simpson, but also the majority of the Democratic controlled House, Senate and Governor's office. There is little doubt that Mark Hargrove would question why the budget "is what it is" instead of "this is what we've got and we need to continue to support it" at any cost.
