Small test showing two concentric tubes making water gas instead of flat plates. It produces "hho" from very little power. The tubes are conditioned with a naturally developed white coating of probably magnesium andor calcium. This originally was a project to try and replicate Stan Meyer's wfc (water fuel cell). We now know he was actually creating NH3 mixtures on demand by ionizing ambient air in the presence of electrolytic hydrogen.
