I just got two 12" Acrylic Pipes in the mail today. They are 2.5" Outer Diameter by 2.25" Inner Diameter. The 2.5oz stainless cups fit perfectly into the pipe. I will probably cut the pipe into 3" or 4" sections and use them for fuel cells.
