Day 1 of the Billabong Pipe Masters in Memory of Andy Irons, the third and final stop of the Vans Triple Crown (an ASP Specialty Series) got underway today, with Rounds 1 and 2 completed in challenging six foot (2 metre) waves at the Banzai Pipeline on Oahu’s North Shore.
