The United Nations delivers humanitarian aid across the country two or three times a day. HAITI - Medical supplies have been a priority since the cholera epidemic broke out. The Russian MI-17 takes off with 2,5 tons of goods on board. It takes under an hour to reach Port de Paix, the northernmost town in Haiti. By road, it would have taken half a day.
