City authorities in Paris have been installing security features to help protect the area's Coptic Christian community, in the run up to the Coptic Christmas on January 7th. Metal fences and parking barriers have been installed outside one church, after a New Year's Day attack on a Copt church in Egypt killed 21 people and raised alarm among many in the community.
