LOST.TV - Chris Davidson, Damien Hobgood, Jordy Smith and Kolohe Andino riding their Mayhem Shapes during the 2010 Trestles WCT.br br br According to Matt Biolos: Davo and Damo were actually both riding the same rocker I call the SBG (Shortboard Grocket). Literally , about a year ago I started stretching the Grocket into a shortboard by extending the rocker and outline out. It ends up with a board (both of those) at 5'11" with close to 2.5"TR and just under 5'NR. Both are about 18.252.25, but Davo's nose is pulled way in (less than 11.5) and Damo's is prob 38" wider in the nose. Davo's has a pretty average squash, with wide hip to balance out with the pulled nose. Damo's is more of a consistent even and balanced outline for longer arcs. Davos is taylor made for his tight pocket whips.
