Thanks to Maggie Wong ( ) for directing me off camera in this video. After my last video ( ), people asked me how else to use the yoga ball in training. Here is a quick run-through of some techniques. I hope you find this a useful addition to foam rolling. I've found it especially helpful for the hamstring, psoas, armpit, shoulder blade, and neck area.
