Ingredients:br 250 gm potatoesbr 12 tsp asafetidabr 1 tsp turmeric powderbr 1 tsp cumin seedsbr 2 tsp corainder powderbr 1 green chilly choppedbr 5-6 curry leaves br 2 tbsp oilbr Few coriander leavesbr Salt to tastebr br Preparation:br Heat the oil.br Add asafetida, cumin seeds, curry leaves.br Add turmeric powder, coriander powder and chilli.br Add potatoes and salt. Mix well.br Garnish with coriander leaves.
