Guy Amalfitano lost his right leg to a virulent form of bone cancer when he was 18 years old. But as a professional sportsman, he decided it would take more than that to stop him accomplishing his personal goals. Now, in a bid to raise money for cancer research, he's facing his biggest challenge yet: running all day long for 40 days in a row around France.
