A ceasefire in the Libyan conflict could be reached within weeks, Italian Foreign Minister Franco Frattini said Thursday following a meeting of the international contact group on Libya. On the western front, fighting took place in Zintan and Nalout while at the rebel-held border post of Dehiba, refugees continue to flee into Tunisia.
