India entrepreneurs are flooding back to Africa where they find business is good and trade brisk. But they are still playing catch-up with China. Last year, India's imports from Africa were worth $20.7 billion and its exports stood at $10.3 the same year, a far cry from the continent's $126.9 billion bilateral trade with China.
