This bulk bag unloader uses an integrated bulk bag conditioning system to eliminate time consuming use of a free-standing bulk bag conditioner prior to loading the bulk bag into the bag discharger. Two, hydraulic de-blocking rams deliver 28,000 pounds of material force. Then, dual, hydraulic massage paddles, with 2,200 pounds of pressure, further reduce the material for supply to the final stage where a high-capacity, size reduction crumbler breaks material in 14-inch pieces for conveying downstream.
