Russian President Dmitri Medvedev has hosted talks with his Azeri counterpart Ilham Aliyev on the Nagorno-Karabakh peace process and the legal status of the Caspian sea. The two men said they had made considerable progress on their bilateral relations, but that Karabakh remained a major problem.
