SVC is available nationwide at Kmarts. Get your phone for under $20 and your airtime card for under $20 and you're good for three months! My parents were very reluctant to get cellphones but I got them SVC anyway and showed them how easy they can be to use and they both lightened up to the idea of owning cellphones.
