10 Minute Trainer - Week 2 Going Strong

I thought, 10 minutes instead of a hour to workout, ok? I was skeptical. But after 2 weeks I became a believer. Not only is this a great workout in 10 minutes -fast paced, quick, energizing- but it delivers the goods. I like how you can adjust the workouts, or stack them to increase weight loss. If you have done P90X you will be familiar with some of the exercises. The bands work great and offer a lot of resistance and the door strap in an intense workout. To relax, Tony Horton will have you doing Yoga mid-week to rest and recover.
