Medical examiner: unlikely Jackson caused own death

A Los Angeles County medical examiner responsible for Michael Jackson's autopsy took the stand on Tuesday (October 11), on the tenth day of the involuntary manslaughter trial of Dr. Conrad Murray.
Christopher Rogers told the court that he believes, based on Murray's original explanation of events, that it was highly unlikely that Michael Jackson self-administered the anesthetic propofol.
His statement is important in the case because while Murray admits to administering Jackson the propofol, his defense claims that Jackson gave himself the fatal dose while Murray was in the bathroom.
Murray faces up to four years in prison if convicted.
