ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION).br Thousands of well-wishers turned out to see Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip throughout their four-hour tour of Melbourne, Australia on Wednesday (October 26).br The Queen and Prince officially opened the new Royal Children's Hospital, which replaced an older hospital that the Queen inaugurated in 1963.br Later, crowds welcomed the royal couple as they arrived in Federation Square in the heart of Melbourne.br Cheering fans packed the square, as the Queen accepted bunches of flowers from children along the fence.br Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip are in Australia for a 10-day visit, which will include Canberra, Brisbane and Melbourne.
