Samba Dance Class & Bay Area Performance Company “Carnaval Explosion” is a fun way to pick up the latest dance moves, get into shape, build cardio endurance, physical stamina & meet positive people. Led by King Theo, SambaFunk! Dancers have an opportunity to perform and teachattend workshops. SambaFunk! combines Brasilian Bahia style Carnaval Bloco with African American Funk dance moves to create a unique cultural experience that only the cultures of Brasil and America could produce. SambaFunk! “Carnaval Explosion” also incorporates culture, movement, music and dance from various international Carnaval traditions.
