Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi is campaigning for Congress in Uttar Pradesh. People from Uttar Pradesh are going to different places like Punjab, Haryana, Karnataka, Mumbai etc and they are helping to develop those states said Rahul Gandhi. But in Uttar Pradesh they are not able to do anything because the conditions are not feasible here said Rahul Gandhi. If the youth of Uttar Pradesh can go to other places and contribute for development, why can’t they work here, he doubted.
