Directions: br Cut open rice pouch and place in microwave, warm for 2 minutes. br Fluff the rice in a bowl with a fork while adding the Japanese Choice Sushi Rice Vinegar, avoid packing the rice down. Remove any excess moisture by fanning while fluffing. br Pour the Japanese Choice Wasabi Powder in a small bowl, add 10ml of cool water and knead to form a soft paste. br Place a Nori sheet on the bamboo sushi mat . Whit wet hands, spread a layer of sushi rice evenly on the top of the laver, about 13 or 14 of the pouch. Place your favourite sushi fillings across the center of the rice and with the mat roll the combination tightly together, pressing the edge of the laver to form a seal. br Serve the Japanese Choice Japanese Style Soy Sauce in a small bowl for dipping. The wasabi paste can be added to the soysauce or spread a small amount onto the sushi rounds.
