Britain and the Netherlands will take Iceland to court after Icelandic voters rejected a plan to repay the money. British and Dutch savers lost around 5 billion euros in savings when Landsbanki collapsed in late 2008 during the global financial crisis. Britain and the Netherlands compensated savers and are now looking to Iceland for repayment of the money.
