Mark Zuckerberg vanquished the Winklevoss twins this week when a court ruled they could not appeal their multimillion dollar settlement. But Zuckerberg faces a new legal challenge from felon Paul Ceglia. Ceglia claims to own 84 of Facebook. Ceglia says he paid Zuckerberg $1,000 to develop "The Facebook". That gave him a 50 stake, plus 1 every day the project was late. Ceglia says he has the contract and emails to support his claim. He has hired high-powered law firm DLA Piper. But Facebook alleges that Ceglia has fabricated the emails and contract. If the documents are genuine, Ceglia could reap billions.
