The bodies of seven people shot dead on Christmas day were found inside an apartment in this block in Texas.br Police believe they were opening presents when they died.br Investigators say two of the victims of the bloodshed in Dallas were in their sixties, the others were young adults aged between 18 and 20.br SOUNDBITE: Sergeant Robert Eberling saying (English):br "I've been with this police department for twelve years and this is probably the most tragic that we...that I've certainly been involved with. Definitely I can speak safely for the rest of the police department, I don't think any members of the police department has encountered something like this on Christmas day."br Police say the gunman is among the dead.br The motive for the killings is so far a mystery.
