Celebrity addictactor Lindsay Lohan is at the center of a new controversy after news emerged of an alleged scuffle between the star and a staffer at the Betty Ford Clinic. The alleged altercation took place when Lilo was caught sneaking back into the center by staff after a drinking session. Dawn Holland, who released details of the story to celeb stalker Web site TMZ, was later fired by the clinic.
