20-year-old Ed Sheeran seems to be the one to beat at next month's BRIT awards.
Nominations for one of British music's biggest nights were announced on Thursday (January 12).
Sheeran racked up four nominations including the coveted Best Album.
He's also up for British male, British breakthrough act and single for "The A Team".
SOUNDBITE: Ed Sheeran, saying (English):
"I'm ecstatic yeah, over the moon and just a bit surprised if I'm honest."
The singer's latest music video for the single "Lego House" sees Harry Potter's Rupert Grint stalking Sheeran.
The singer said he was teased at school for his likeness to the actor.
SOUNDBITE: Ed Sheeran, On Being Compared To Actor Rupert Grint And Having Him In His Music Video, saying (English):
"I went to school and was a ginger kid so you're obviously going to get the Ron Weasley comments at some point so I just thought I would take the piss out of myself and get him to play me."
Adele had the biggest year of her career in 2011 with her album "21" topping charts around the world.
She's nominated for three gongs including Best Album, British female and single for "Someone Like You", of which the music video was filmed at last year's BRITs.
Jessie J will go head-to-head with Adele for Best British female and single for "Price Tag".
Jessie's also nominated for best breakthrough act.
British music topped global music charts last year and the singer said it was down to a few quirky characteristics.
SOUNDBITE: Jessie J, On Why British Music Is So Popular Around The World, saying (English):
"Because it's raw and honest and I don't think we've got any barriers up. I think we just let people into our lives and I think British humour people always find funny whether they're laughing with us or at us."
Jessie won last year's Critics' Choice award and symbollically passed the baton on to this year's winner, Scottish singer Emeli Sande.
Other highlights expected at the awards include appearances by Coldplay, Rihanna, and Blur - who will receive the Outstanding Contribution to Music Award.
The BRITs take place at the O2 Arena on February 21.
