The Shoe Box Shuffle gets it’s name from the Freak of Nature version. For the Beginner level, it is called cycling and as you advance you should be able to extend your legs further. br br The Freak of Nature level, where the name came from, is basically where you put your feet in an imaginary shoe box and move them back and forth while fully extending your legs. For this level, you can ankle weights as well.
