Twenty one years to the day since IAF navigator Ron Arad was taken captive, his daughter Yuval and brother Chen attempted to persuade the German authorities to delay the release of the Iranian intelligence officer incarcerated in Germany, considered to be the only bargaining chip Israel has to secure information on Arad. The German government rejected their request.
