French Foreign Minister Bernard Kouchner met on Sunday with Defense Minister Ehud Barak and President Shimon Peres on the final day of his whirlwind trip to Israel. Over the weekend Kouchner met with Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas and Prime Minister Salam Fayyad  and said that in order for the peace process to move forward Israel must stop all settlement activity.
