Everytime IAF planes go on missions of targeted interceptions to kill Palestinian wanted terrorists, they face ethical dilemmas regarding innocent civilians. On Saturday night the Palestinians cynically used these dilemmas as they voluntarily formed a human shield around a terrorist, and prevented the attack.
