A miracle happened in Ashkelon on Tuesday December 21st. when a grad rocket fell near a kinder garden, failing to cause an unimaginable disaster. But for a six year old boy it was a double miracle, having the good fortune to dodge the danger for the second time. Two years ago Rom Gratel, then a three year old, was hurt by a qassam rocket that penetrated his house, leaving his eye scratched by a glass shard. On Tuesday Rom was just about to leave his house and go to his kinder garden, when the alarm went off and kept him safe at home. The rocket fell outside the structure, causing a shrapnel injury to a 15 year old girl.
