A day after the mini exchange between Hizbullah and Israel, Hizbullah leader Hassan Nasrallah talks of positive progress in negotiations on the 2 IDF reservists Ehud Goldwasser and Eldad Regev. Israeli security officials however opted for caution, but admitted that Nasrallah's speech was a sign that progress for a bigger deal is in the making.
