Prime Minster Olmert and the Israeli Government are considering making a goodwill gesture toward PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas in form of a limited prisoner release. While Olmert still advocates a poilcy of restraint, a number of prominent ministers are urging him to change Israel's policy due to continued Qassam rocket fire.
