This song is about how a country suffers because of the corruption & stupidity of government, political parties, & leaders. The current situation in Greece is not the fault of the people. It is easy to "let a party rule" & not realize your voice, dignity, & rights are being slowly removed. People can "party like rock stars" & ignore the problem, or they can unite for a common cause... for the good of the PEOPLE, so their hopes & prayers may be heard.
