Mingle Media TV and Kristyn Burtt were invited to come out and meet with the 84th Academy Awards Foreign Language Film Director Nominees in the Red Carpet Arrivals tent. Michel Roskam, “Bullhead”, Joseph Cedar, “Footnote”, Agnieszka Holland, “In Darkness”, and Philippe Falardeau, “Monsieur Lazhar” were in attendance and excited to talk with us about how honored they were to be nominated and to give us some insight into their process as a filmmaker. (Sadly, director Asghar Farhadi, "A Separation" was not feeling well enough to attend.

All of the directors, actors and producers talked endearingly about their projects and homeland, they even spoke about how emotional they were about sharing their works with us.
