SXSW is filled with amazing (and often free) food. From mmmpanadas from Groupon to FedEx bihn ma sandwiches, the free food is carbohydrate-rich and tasty. So what's a slow-carb devotee supposed to do? Tim Ferriss, author of The 4-Hour Body, offers advice on eating, drinking and workouts on the road. For SXSW specifically, he suggests barbeque, accompanied by a Norcal Margarita if necessary. Working out is a combination of mini-band exercises, slow squats, and off-balance body weight routines to keep you in shape and on track.
