Priyanka Gandhi Vadra is addressing an election meeting in Bachhrawan (Raebareli) during her poll campaign in Uttar Pradesh. She said that non-Congress parties – SP, BSP and BJP – did nothing for the development in UP. They believed in a negative politics based on caste or religion, said Priyanka Gandhi.
