British chocolate-maker Cadbury has been swallowed up by the US food giant Kraft for just under $20 billion. br br Kraft has been trying to take control of Cadbury for some time now, and this improved offer seems to have sealed the deal. br br Al Jazeera's Jonah Hull reports from Cadbury HQ in Bourneville, in the UK's Midlands.
