Doctors Without Borders has told Al Jazeera the lack of access into Syria is worse than it faced in Afghanistan or Somalia.br br The group is just one of several relief groups which say they have been banned from entering Syria.br br Attempts by the UN World Food programme to deliver aid to up to half a million people are on hold since the government wants to control the logistics of the operation.br br Al Jazeera's Laurence Lee reports.
