A North Korean defector has told Al Jazeera that North Korea has a sophisticated chemical and biological weapons programme and is using mentally disabled children as human test subjects.br br Al Jazeera spoke to Jim Walsh, a research associate at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology who specialises in international security, for his take on the claims.
