Britain has banned the export of a hand-held machine marketed as a bomb-detection device in Iraq and Afghanistan because of allegations that it does not work.br br Meanwhile, the head of the UK-based company that makes the device has been arrested on suspicion of fraud.br br Al Jazeera's Rory Challands reports.
