Haiti's Martelly sets education goals high

Michel Martelly, the new president of Haiti, has promised that all the impoverished nation's primary school children would all be enrolled within his five-year term. br br With an estimated 770,000 children targeted for the programme this year alone, many in Haiti are left to wonder who will pay the $45m annual bill for Martelly's lofty goal.br br Further complicating Martelly's ambition is the cost of repairs needed for schools damaged in last year's devastating earthquake.br br Ross Velton reports for Al Jazeera from Port-Au-Prince.
