Silvio Berlusconi, Italy's prime minister, and the young woman he has been accused of paying for sex when she was underage, have both denied any sexual contact.br br Karima El Mahroug, a Moroccan teenager who has been nicknamed "Ruby the Heartstealer", appeared on a TV station Silvio Berlusconi founded to deny the claims.br br She said Berlusconi paid her $9,500 when she went to a Valentines dinner at his villa, but that "he didn't put a finger on me".br br But 74-year-old Berlusconi has denied the allegations and says he's done nothing to be ashamed of.br br Tania Page reports.
