A group of Syrian activists and politicians have united to form what they call the 'Syrian Transitional Parliament'. br br The organisation will be based in Syria but also has a committee set up abroad.br br They made the announcement just a day before Syria holds parliamentary elections. br br Al Jazeera's Hashem Ahelbarra reports.
